Lucy's role at Event Insurance

Lucy is Head of our Claims department and is a trusted point of contact for clients when they need support most. With extensive experience in handling claims across a wide range of events, she is committed to making the process as straightforward, efficient and stress-free as possible.

Whether assisting organisers through an unexpected incident or working behind the scenes to achieve the best possible outcome, Lucy combines technical expertise with a calm, approachable manner. Her focus is always on providing clear guidance and exceptional service from start to finish.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Lucy loves making the most of the outdoors. You’ll often find her sea swimming, camping, hiking or travelling, as well as spending time with friends at festivals and gigs. More recently, she’s also developed a passion for home renovation projects.
