Jenny's role at Event Insurance

As one of our Underwriters, Jenny spends much of her day speaking with customers over the phone and responding to email enquiries, helping event organisers find the right cover and guiding them through the insurance process.

Having been part of Event Insurance since 2013, Jenny brings years of experience and knowledge to the team, along with a friendly and approachable manner that helps make arranging event insurance that little bit easier.

Jenny's top tip for event organisers

“Our main phone line can get very busy, so completing your application online is a great place to start. It gives us the information we need and can help speed things up, particularly if you’re unable to get through to us straight away.”

Outside of work

Outside of work, Jenny is a big fan of some well-earned rest and relaxation! She loves holidays, massages, good food and catching up on sleep, as well as enjoying family days out with her little one.

What Jenny enjoys most about Event Insurance

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Event Insurance, Jenny says:

“I’ve been here since 2013, so I’m very loyal! We have a great little team and Event Insurance has always been incredibly supportive, particularly with flexible and remote working and accommodating childcare. The special treats and bonuses aren’t bad either!”
