Emily's role at Event Insurance

As part of our Renewals team, Emily oversees the renewal process, helping ensure our existing clients continue to have the right level of cover in place year after year. Working closely with clients, brokers and colleagues, she provides guidance, competitive solutions and a seamless renewal experience, while building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.

Emily's top tip for event organisers

“Focus less on creating the perfect event and more on creating the right experience. When people feel welcomed and connected, that’s what they’ll remember and what will make them want to return year after year. And don’t leave your insurance until the last minute — arranging it early helps make sure you can secure all the cover you need.”

Outside of work

Outside of work, Emily enjoys embracing a slower pace, spending time at home, relaxing with a good film or series and, ideally, a large glass of wine.
