If your event is due to take place over the Bank Holiday weekend, please ensure you have submitted all applications and information to us before 3.30 pm on the 1st May 2026, to allow us enough time to process them and avoid any disappointment.

Cover is in respect of 4 consecutive days and the total visitors are calculated on the total number of persons attending throughout the entire duration of the event (ie. 300 visitors per day over a 3-day event equals 900 visitors).
