Security is the biggest concern for both the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction, so, at Event Insurance Services Ltd we use a secure debit/credit card processing system, which is provided by WorldPay.

Refunds

Once you have applied for cover, if after reading your certificate the insurance does not meet your requirements, please return your Certificate and your Schedule to Event Insurance Services Ltd within fourteen days of the date of issue. If this is before the event date and providing no claim has been made, your premium will then be refunded in full.

Any refund given after the expiry of the 14 day cooling off period may be subject to an administration charge.
