Q1: Some of my events are held outside of the UK. Can I take out a multiple events policy with Event Insurance Services?
A: Yes, however the policy will not extend to cover the overseas events. You would need to look elsewhere for one off event policies to cover these.
Q2: I am not a permanent UK resident. Can I still take out insurance with you?
A: We can only offer cover to permanent UK residents.
Q3: I run an official club with paying members. If one member accidentally injures another member, is cover in place for this?
A: Yes, we offer “member to member” cover for any official clubs with paying members.
Q4: Some of my events run for longer than 3 days. Can you still cover me on a multiple events policy and if so, at what additional cost?
A: We can cover events longer than 3 days in duration under our multiple events policy. Please contact us for a quotation.
Q5: My turnover figure from my events exceeds the £20,000 limit on your policy. Can you still cover me?
A: Yes, we can still quote for you, but this needs to be done by referral to our Underwriters. Please complete a bespoke and tailored proposal form and send it to us to obtain terms.
Q6: Which level of Public Liability cover do I require?
A: It is best to check with the local council or the venue you are using. They may stipulate that you require a certain level. If not, it really is up to you.

A: Yes. Employers Liability is a legal requirement. Despite the fact that you are not paying them, you still have a legal liability towards the people you use to help you.
